Tracey Code is a seasoned banking executive with over 25 years of experience in commercial banking and corporate finance across Western Canada. As Director, National Accounts at Scotiabank, she leads a portfolio of large, complex clients, delivering tailored financing solutions including syndicated lending and capital markets structures.
Tracey has a strong track record of growth and client impact and is recognized nationally for driving cross-functional collaboration, leading the country in referrals, and consistently exceeding performance targets.
Throughout her career, Tracey has held senior leadership roles at leading financial institutions including RBC, Scotiabank, and First West Capital, as well as corporate finance advisory experience. She brings deep expertise in structuring transactions, advising on liquidity strategies, and supporting businesses through growth and transition.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tracey is an active leader in the community. She has served on multiple boards, including as Misericordia Hospital Foundation, Triathlon Manitoba, The Risk Management Association, and CMC Manitoba and is actively involved in mentorship, women-in-finance initiatives, and industry organizations. She is also a frequent speaker on economic trends, business development, and leadership.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and a Certified Management Consultant designation.
