Mackenzie Regent

2027 Conference Chair

Mackenzie Regent is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Kalos LLP, a leading transaction advisory, diligence, and valuation firm serving the North American middle market. Over her career, she has advised on more than 750 transactions representing over $65 billion in aggregate transaction value, working with entrepreneurs, private equity firms, family offices, and corporate acquirers across North America, Europe, and Asia. In 2021, she was recognized as one of The Top 100 Finance Professionals in the World by The Top 100 Magazine based in New York.

Mackenzie serves on the Board of Directors of the Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) Institute and has qualified as an expert valuation witness to the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. She is a regular contributor to business and finance publications, and has been featured by organizations including Newsweek and Bloomberg BNN.

Mackenzie is also a former competitive hockey player, having represented Canada in international competition as the starting goaltender. With deep family roots in Saskatchewan, she is a graduate of the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan, where she was a Huskies athlete.
