Mark is the President and founder of AIM Group, one of Canada’s leading M&A Advisory firms. He supervises all aspects of the firm’s transactions.
For over 30 years, AIM has specialized in the sale of privately owned Canadian companies for business owners from coast to coast. AIM is a founding member of Pandea Global M&A (www.pandeaglobal.com), an international alliance of independent M&A advisory firms located in 34 countries. Through this network, AIM has direct access to overseas buyers and local partner knowledge.
Previously, Mark had an extensive background in corporate and investment banking. Mark spent four years in London, England, where he was an investment banker with RBC and started his career as a corporate banker with Bank of America.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and subsequently earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
