Emily Savage is a principal lawyer (partner) in Miller Titerle + Company’s Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Emily has nearly a decade of experience in M&A, financings, and corporate and commercial law. She regularly advises buyers and sellers in asset and share deals and financing matters and is experienced in managing all aspects of a deal, from due diligence to closing.

Emily is passionate about helping business owners achieve their goals and takes the time to connect with her clients on a personal level. She finds that a practical and collaborative approach to deal making is often most effective and aims to make any transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.

Emily is also a director on the board of BC’s Association for Corporate Growth where she focuses on increasing collaboration, diversity, and inclusion in the M&A industry, and she volunteers with various non-profit organizations. She has previously been involved with BTF Vancouver as a panelist and is delighted to be joining the advisory group this year.
