If you can no longer make the conference, you may receive a refund, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and received at accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com by September 18, 2025. We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after this date. Alternatively, substitutions are permitted at no charge at any time. We apologize that we are unable to apply discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
