Tobin Hayward

Tobin is a Managing Director with Roynat Equity Partners where he leads deal origination, negotiation and execution efforts on new opportunities and manages current investments. He works closely with portfolio companies to drive strategy and value creation activities. Tobin actively participates as a board member and director for numerous current and former Roynat portfolio companies, currently including All-Fab Group, BID Group and Outdoor Adventure Group. Prior to joining Roynat Equity Partners, Tobin was at an international accounting firm where he provided Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory and Valuation services for ten years. Tobin earned a B. Comm. (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, and holds CA, CPA, CBV and CFE designations.
