Shabir Ladha is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA) with over two decades of experience helping businesses thrive. Since earning his CA designation in 2001 and later obtaining the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation in 2017, he has specialized in working with family-owned businesses, guiding them through growth, transitions, and the complexities of family dynamics. As a Mindshop Accredited Advisor, he brings innovative tools and strategies to help clients tackle business challenges ranging from strategic planning to team development. Shabir currently leads Align by KBH, the firms bookkeeping service, as well as the firm’s business advisory and fractional CFO practices. His approach focuses on forward-thinking, personalized solutions to empower clients and help them achieve their goals.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Shabir is passionate about giving back to his community. He is a past board member and audit committee chair for the Edmonton Community Foundation and has contributed to organizations such as AIESEC Canada, Youth Empowerment Support Services (YESS), and The Edmonton Grads Basketball Association. When he’s not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing volleyball, and cycling.
