For purchase dates until March 26, 2026, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and sent to accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com.

Alternatively, you may defer your ticket to another city or to the following year at no charge before March 26, 2026. After this date, deferrals are permitted with a 25% administrative fee. Ticket transfers to another attendee (within the same company) are allowed at any time at no charge.
