Michelin believes the strongest results come from pairing performance with humanity, and she leads that way. She sets a high bar for herself and her team, and she meets it with curiosity, empathy and a real commitment to helping others succeed.
Her education is as wide-ranging as her interests. She studied Marketing and International Business at UBC Sauder and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, then pursued Theology at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. Most recently, she completed executive education through IESE Business School’s Program for Management Development. That mix shapes how she leads: she asks thoughtful questions, challenges assumptions, seeks out different perspectives and keeps the bigger picture in view.
As Program and Content Director at Cube Business Media, Michelin shapes the programming and content behind Cube’s events. Fluent in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Tagalog and Kapampangan), she loves connecting people, ideas and opportunities. She builds teams where people feel heard, supported and empowered to make an impact.
Outside the office, Michelin mentors students and makes time for the outdoors. Golf, tennis, cycling and hiking are just a few of her favourite ways to stay active.
