With nearly two decades of experience, she demonstrates how the Finance function can act as a powerful agent of change and a strategic business partner, delivering data and insights for critical decision-making.
As Vice President of Finance at ProducePay, an AgTech platform transforming the global produce supply chain, Jenna was appointed Head of Treasury to lead a massive process re-engineering and system implementation effort. She spearheaded the overhaul of end-to-end treasury processes, including selecting and implementing a third-party treasury system. These efforts dramatically improved cash visibility, reporting accuracy for two large warehouse facilities with blue-chip fixed income investors and enabled daily bank account reconciliation. She is currently focused on the company’s crucial Netsuite integration and associated change management.
Before immigrating to North America, Jenna held a senior finance role at the public industrial conglomerate enX Group. In support of the company’s recapitalization and restructure, she secured over CAD $50 million in structured bond and liquidity facilities, negotiated a CAD $550 million multi-bank debt restructuring, and developed the Group’s first long-term funding strategy and treasury policy.
