Étienne has been at National Bank for over 20 years during which he has stood out in several positions in business development, credit risk management and financial engineering for the Commercial and Private Banking sector. Since 2021, he has held the position of Leader – Business Transfer and Quality. In this role, he supports the advisory teams in risk management and is responsible for the business transfer team. Known for his unifying leadership, Etienne has a solid track record of engaging high-performing and agile teams. His strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the workings of corporate management make him key to the improvement of the performance of the Commercial and Private Banking credit portfolios. Étienne holds the chartered professional accountant designation. He is also a member of the CPA Order and the CFA Institute. Étienne is a father of two and a keen athlete. He is actively involved in several charitable events that combine sports and a positive impact on the community. As such, he proudly represented the Bank during the Triathlon for the CHU Ste-Justine Foundation, the Martin-Matte Foundation’s Les beaux 4 heures event as well as Tremblant’s 24h, among others
