Andrew Middleton is a Halifax-based entrepreneur and CEO of the Middleton Group, a family office with investments across healthcare, construction services, real estate, and private capital. The Group’s portfolio includes Shift, Twin City Painting, Nurse Next Door, Magnolia Properties, and Hudson Capital. Andrew has been recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 Leaders Under 40 and is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). He brings over 30 years of experience as an award-winning youth care worker, skilled facilitator, and values-driven business leader, with a long-standing commitment to leadership and community. Andrew lives in the Head of St. Margarets Bay with his wife, Nadia, trying his best to keep up with their two daughters, Jane and Chloé.
