Cancellation Policy

Please note that all registration fees are subject to the cancellation, substitution, and deferral conditions below:

For purchase dates until October 22, 2026, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and sent to accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com.

Alternatively, you may defer your ticket to another city or to the following year at no charge before October 22, 2026. After this date, deferrals are permitted with a 25% administrative fee. Ticket transfers to another attendee (within the same company) are allowed at any time at no charge.

We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after October 22, 2026. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.
