Justin McElhone is a partner in a multi-franchise automotive dealer group with 15+ rooftops across BC and Alberta, including Nanaimo Mitsubishi, Nissan of Nanaimo, Nissan of Duncan, Lloydminster Honda, West Edmonton Hyundai, and several other franchises and related businesses. Responsible for group-level growth strategy, OEM relationships, and variable and fixed operations, Justin has built and scaled a complex, multi-location business — and navigated the ownership transitions that come with it.
