Jon DeCoste

Jonathan is the Managing Director of Pantheon Row Ventures, an acquisition and holding company focused on building and growing enduring businesses, and he is the CEO of Metalex Metal Buildings Inc., a Canadian manufacturer and builder of metal building systems and insulated panel solutions serving industrial and energy markets. Jon is an operator and business builder with a background spanning field work in Western Canada and the southern U.S., manufacturing leadership with P&L ownership, and experience in larger midstream environments where he developed a strong foundation in operational discipline and scalable systems. He has built and backed businesses across software, skilled labour, and consulting. His approach is consistent: simplify what is complex, build repeatable systems, take care of customers, and develop people who can execute.
