(Sold Priell Inc, Nusutus Inc. and Relight)

Geoff Bell is an entrepreneur at the intersection of technology, climate solutions, and tourism. Starting as a roughneck on the oil rigs of northern British Columbia, he went on to train as a commercial diver, eventually acquiring assets of a company to build SubSea Group, Canada’s largest commercial diving training operation. He went on to lead various commercial diving and ROV projects, including the survey and recovery of artifacts from the historic AJ Goddard shipwreck in the Yukon, as well as coordinating and supporting diving on the BC leg of IMAX’s Deep Sea 3D.

Seeking new opportunities, Geoff transitioned into technology—first building Priell Inc, an SAP partner, which was acquired by Montreal based Forgestik Inc. Then acquiring distressed assets from receivership to create Nusutus Inc., which provided critical technology to the QSR industry NuSutus was acquired by Arria Inc. He was also a founding partner of Relight, an energy-efficiency retrofit company that was also acquired in 2022.

In ecotourism, Geoff created the Queen Elizabeth Zip-line pilot project and later created Pelican Peak, a destination attraction in St. Maarten.

Today, Geoff is a partner in Quick Serve Technology Partners (technology for the QSR market), founder of Sea to Sky Ventures (ecotourism), and partner/advisor at 3Points in Space (heavy-lift drones for wildfire management, agriculture, and freight). He also serves as an advisor to the Bahamas Blue Carbon Management Initiative, which is working to unlock the climate-finance value of seagrass meadows and mangrove ecosystems—among the planet’s most effective natural carbon sinks.

In addition, Geoff serves on the Selection Committee for Sir Richard Branson’s VI Purpose Fund, helping identify and support ventures with strong social and environmental impact.
