As an Associate at BDC Capital’s Growth & Transition Capital team, he supports small to mid-market companies across Alberta through tailored financing solutions, including subordinated debt, mezzanine and equity financing.

 He specializes in helping businesses navigate growth and transformational events – such as mergers, acquisitions and transition-stage capital needs by providing flexible capital that bridges traditional and innovating financing approaches.

 Eibi holds an MBA from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and is actively pursuing his CBV designation.
