Prior to joining Seaside in 2004, Duncan spent 18 years in the private investment and distribution industries. As President of Seaside, he is responsible for overall management and strategy as well as paperboard purchasing. In 2014 the management team completed a MBO of Seaside with financing provided by Roynat. Refinancings for equity withdrawals and taking out retiring shareholders have been completed in 2019 and 2022. Duncan was a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
