Devan Dass is a Partner at TNC Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market businesses ready to write the next chapter. He offers more than 10 years of experience in private equity and mezzanine financing, with nine years at a Canadian lower middle market private equity fund. He has been involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from origination to portfolio monitoring, fundraising, and fund administration, as well as serving on six private company boards. Devan’s focus lies in playbook execution and driving value with portfolio companies.
Devan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia and has completed the Private Governance Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).
