Chris Louis is the Principal of M42 Partners, a Vancouver based investment firm searching to acquire and operate an established industrial or business services company in Western Canada with $1 to $3 million of EBITDA.
Chris spent a decade growing and buying businesses for others before setting out to buy one of his own. At Finning International (TSX: FTT) he led global strategy and the growth and M&A initiatives it produced. As Director of Investments at Bosa Properties, he helped the family launch an internal investment group and sourced acquisitions directly from owners.
He is now bringing that experience to his own search. In the business he acquires, he will be hands on day to day, executing a value creation plan that combines growing the core business with value-add acquisitions.
