Over the last decade-plus, Ashwin has focused on providing investment banking and other corporate finance services to the Canadian mid-market. He has completed a wide range of transactions within the Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Information Technology and Food & Beverage sectors.
Ashwin drives successful outcomes for privately held business owners by advising on all aspects of a transaction including succession planning, deal strategy, valuation, negotiations and due diligence.
Ashwin holds designations as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
