Andrew Taylor is an award winning executive receiving provincial, national and international awards for innovation, exporter of the year and business excellence. As a leader, he stimulates commercial diversification and drives product innovation. He is a strategic thinker with a record of orchestrating complex change, establishing partnerships and operating transparently in multi-stakeholder environments.
Currently Andrew Taylor is Executive Chairman of Magnum trailer and Equipment in Abbotsford With a global mindset, he provides leadership, financial expertise and sound business principles in planning, directing and delivering core corporate financial, information systems and facilities management.
Working in consort with boards, he develops and implements both strategic and operational plans that serve customers, industry and valued staff. During the past 40 years Andrew has worked in design and manufacturing, import and export, logistics, packaging and distribution of high-quality manufactured products for domestic and international markets
Andrew graduated with a MBA from the University of Reading United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from South Africa. He is a lifelong learner and has completed an Executive Development Program, Diploma in Management and a Plastics Technology Program.
Having lived in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Canada, he believes in giving back to the community. He has demonstrated his commitment to the community through his actions and investment of time having been an Executive Board Member for the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters BC Division as well as Chair of the Board for Douglas College.
