Adam Hill is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive, insurance, and financial services sectors. He founded LGM Financial Services in 1998 and grew it into one of Canada’s leading providers of finance and insurance solutions for the automotive industry, recognized as a Best Managed Company for multiple years.
In 2019, Adam transitioned from CEO to Executive Chair, and in July 2025 he successfully sold a majority stake in LGM to a large multinational firm, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. He has also served on the boards of MotoInsight, the New Car Dealers Association of BC, and Collingwood School, and is an active member of Quantum Shift, a community of progressive Canadian CEOs.
