Tom Redl is a business and community leader with a solid track record as a CEO, Corporate Director and Executive Coach.  He has demonstrated value creation through good governance, employee ownership and leadership development through times of both growth and company transitions of both equity and leadership.  He is the past CEO and current Board Chair of Chandos Construction which through his tenure has grown from a small local general contractor to a national firm with revenues of over $700M.   He is currently the Executive Board Chair of the Surepoint Group, Governance Chair of Catamount Constructors and past Board Chair of Edmonton Airports.  He is a member of the Métis nation of Alberta, a Harvard Business School alumni and holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
