Patrick has a practical focus on business operations and finance, which is a direct result of his 20 year career in industrial, commercial and institutional construction and associated services industry through out western Canada.  He has over 10 years in acquisition and finance transactions including credit facilities, project finance and debt restructuring.  Patrick is active entrepreneur having successfully started, scaled, and sold a health care business to a subsidy of the private equity firm L Catterton.
