As Associate Director with the Private Equity team, Andrew places a focus on sourcing new opportunities and evaluating potential acquisitions. Over the past three years, Andrew has worked on variety of mid-market deals across Canada and a broad range of industries from technology to energy. Andrew played a key role in supporting M&A transactions and was responsible for performing financial valuation and industry analysis. Prior to his last role, he worked in public practice at KPMG where he received his CPA designation. Andrew is currently a member of the ACG Edmonton Marketing Committee.
