Mike leads our national Foundations practice and co-leads our Private Asset investment strategies. Prior to joining Leith Wheeler in 2011, Mike spent eight years as an investment partner, responsible for equity investment analysis and portfolio management at a Vancouver-based investment management firm. Prior to this, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Toronto, Dublin, Riyadh, and Vancouver offices.

Mike is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder. He earned an Honours BA with distinction from Huron College at the University of Western Ontario and is a member of CFA Society Vancouver. Mike is also an active member of the volunteer community, donating his time and energy with the Canadian Cancer Society, Dunbar Soccer, and David Spencer Encouragement Endowment.
