Jennifer Campbell is the founder and CEO of Two World’s Consulting (TWC), a Certified Aboriginal Business. Since 2016, Jennifer along with her team of dedicated employees has built a national social and environmental consultancy of nearly 60 professionals across Canada. 

When founding the company, Jennifer envisioned TWC to be a navigator between worlds; finding pathways to collaborative processes, informed decision-making, and shared prosperity. The name Two Worlds speaks to the power of bringing more than one perspective to the table through acknowledging Western and Indigenous knowledge systems and ways of knowing. TWC evolved from Jennifer’s extensive experience in the environmental regulatory process, her affinity for incorporating reconciliation into her work, and the idea to build a business around the core values of respect, integrity, trust, and reciprocity.

Jennifer is recognized as a human environment industry leader with over two decades of impact assessment experience and is an experienced Project Management and Environmental Professional. From 2017 to 2019, Jennifer contributed to the revitalization of the 2018 BC Environmental Assessment Act as an invited member of the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Committee. In 2022, Jennifer became a member of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada Indigenous Advisory Committee providing expert insight on policy development and guidance for the impact assessment system.
