Emily is a principal lawyer in Miller Titerle + Company’s business law and transactions group. Prior to joining MT +Co., Emily practiced as an associate in the corporate group of a large national firm. Emily’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate and commercial law. She regularly advises buyers and sellers in asset and share deals and financing matters. She has considerable experience managing all aspects of a deal, from due diligence to closing. Emily is focused on helping business owners achieve their goals and take the stress out of a transaction. She takes the time to connect with her clients on a personal level and works with them to find practical and effective solutions.

Emily is a director on the board of BC’s Association for Corporate Growth, and is involved with various non-profit organizations. She is also passionate about mentorship of the next generation and increasing diversity and inclusion in the M&A industry.
