As a Managing Director with Grant Thornton, Ryan advises clients on transactions in a variety of intricate and dynamic situations – including mergers and acquisitions, financing, succession planning, capital raising and acquiring companies. During his career, he’s worked in audit/assurance, valuations and corporate finance—first for an international Big Four accounting firm and then with his own corporate finance firm, prior to joining Grant Thornton.
Throughout his career, he’s always viewed his clients as family—and helped them receive fair value for their life’s hard work. He predominately works with entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses looking to purchase, sell or refinance.
He supports clients in a multitude of industries including construction, energy and natural resources, distribution and transportation. His diverse experience allows him to bring a broad perspective to client engagements and effectively develop transactions strategies and capital requirements that help his clients reach their goals.
