Brad Hill is a managing director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. based in Vancouver. His primary focus is assisting privately held businesses with all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.

Over the past 12 years, Brad has led numerous transactions to successful completion across a variety of industry verticals, including food manufacturing & distribution, equipment rental, industrial manufacturing, automotive services, forest products and aviation. Brad’s track record of providing honest, thoughtful and creative advice has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients.    

Brad is a CPA, CA and CFA charterholder. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University.
