As Director, Business Development at Origin Merchant Partners, Karen Fisman builds and manages partnerships with private equity and private debt firms and family offices, tracking investor trends in Canada and the US for the benefit of Origin’s business owner clients. She also guides the firm’s marketing and content strategy, with oversight of publications across sectors including food & agriculture, healthcare, education and industrials. Prior to joining Origin, Karen was Director, Communications at FirePower Capital in Toronto. Karen holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and an LLB from the University of Toronto.
