Previously a Managing Director of investment banking, Bill has 20 years of experience at a number of firms including National Bank Financial, Versant Partners, Raymond James Ltd. and AltaCorp Capital.
Bill’s transaction experience has ranged from venture stage to large cap companies in aerospace, agriculture, business services, consumer products, engineering, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, and more. He has completed hundreds of financing and M&A mandates, including the Canadian Venture Capital Association’s “Deal of the Year”. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and has his Masters in Business Administration.
