Jamshid Hussaini started his first business, in 1998, as a computer retailer. A couple of years later, he was the publisher of Canada’s Chinese Computer Magazine. He ventured on and opened his real estate brokerage in 2006 and launched his own franchise model, Realty Point, in 2014.

Jamshid made it in real estate investments. He acquired his first property in 2007 and continued his real estate investment journey with condo-conversions, land development, and commercial real estate.

Jamshid inaugurated Business Point, in 2012, as a shared office space and today it is one of the established industrial condo developers in the Greater Toronto Area. The mandate of Business Point is to offer the best possible working space for entrepreneurs. Business Point brings the dream of owning your own space into reality.

Jamshid is blessed to be where he is today because of his fellow Co-Contributors. He firmly believes that they contributed to his business journey. He is so overwhelmed with the impact of co-contributors, in his life, that he wants to share the concept with others.

Jamshid created The Co-Contributors Community to connect co-contributors. It is a community of entrepreneurs contributing to each others success. It is the alternative to partnership where entrepreneurs confidently grow their business with their fellow co-contributor. It is a mutually beneficial relationship that comes with all the benefits but not much of liability or luggage.
