Terry is a Partner and the Head of Valuations at Kalos LLP. Terry joined the firm in 2020 in order to follow his desire to make a difference for clients. Terry has advised numerous business owners on sell-side financial due diligence helping them to successfully exit their businesses. He has completed 200+ valuations for mergers and acquisitions, shareholder buy-ins, buy-outs and disputes, estate freezes, employee stock ownership plans, and financial reporting.

Terry has served clients including family offices, small to large private enterprises, pension funds, insurance companies, and public companies. His experience spans multiple sectors including retail, manufacturing, energy, financial, healthcare, and technology. Prior to Kalos, Terry was a Manager of Valuation and Financial Modelling at Deloitte LLP. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Terry is a Chartered Business Valuator and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Terry holds a BComm. from the University of Alberta, double majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is a blue belt in Karate and enjoys snowboarding.
