Vince Travaglini, P.Eng., is a senior executive and Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mold making and plastics manufacturing industry. A graduate of Ryerson University and recipient of the prestigious Governor General’s Silver Academic Award, Vince spent his career at StackTeck, advancing through engineering, operations, and sales leadership roles before serving as CEO for seven years. During his tenure, he led a team of 250 employees and grew the company to $50 million in revenue, building a strong global reputation for innovation in injection molding.
With a proven record of leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise, Vince is now focused on giving back to the engineering community. He is passionate about mentoring, facilitating, and public speaking, and is dedicated to helping develop the next generation of engineering leaders.
