Victoria Lakers

Victoria is a Partner at Calibre One, a transatlantic executive search firm.  Victoria focuses on C-Suite placements for private equity backed technology companies. Prior to joining Calibre One, Victoria was a Partner at a leading private equity advisory and retained executive search firm. Prior to her career in executive search, Victoria served in multiple executive roles for investor-backed technology start-ups including as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and country General Manager. She also owned and sold two businesses, an ecommerce business and a visual communications business. Prior to that, Victoria spent six years in private equity at Water Asset Management, and at Apollo Global Management, working with some of the country’s largest institutional investors. Victoria sits on the Board for the San Diego Air & Space Museum, and NuFund Venture Group, one of the largest early-stage investment groups in the country. Victoria graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance.
