Stephen Ng

Stephen brings over 20 years of global investment banking, private equity, and corporate development experience. He joined Crosbie in 2023 and is a Partner responsible for leading M&A, financing, and other advisory mandates for public and private companies, as well as institutional investors, across a range of industries. His extensive M&A and capital markets experience includes roles with Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, and CIBC Capital Markets. He also has operating experience in C-suite roles, building a small-cap company and leading acquisitions for a large public company. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and a BCom from Queen’s University.
