Sarah Wilbrink is the owner and leader of BMF, where she leads vision, strategy, and innovation in the retail renovation industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the hardware and building supply sector, Sarah brings a unique perspective to generational business transition, having purchased BMF from her father in 2025 and continued the growth of the family business into its next chapter.
Sarah was recognized with the 2024 Top Women award for Business Excellence by HBS Dealer and was named a finalist for the 2025 Women of Influence award by Supply Build Canada. She is also the founder of the Love, Jayne Foundation, which has raised over $350,000 to support children’s extracurricular activities.
