He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, acting for both sellers and buyers in share, asset and hybrid transactions across various industries. Ryan’s mergers and acquisition experience includes interacting with the Competition Bureau as well as negotiating shareholders agreements, joint venture arrangements and advising on governance matters related to mergers. He also acts for a diverse group of commercial lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending arrangements.
