Robin Haaker is a third-generation business owner and CEO of Haaker Equipment Company, where she has spent over 20 years helping grow a thriving business rooted in strong values and an intentional, people-first culture. Under her leadership, Haaker Equipment has continued its legacy of excellence while evolving to meet the needs of its customers, employees, and community.
Robin’s commitment to giving back began at a young age—she started volunteering with Casa Colina when she was just 16, and that spirit of service has remained central to her life ever since. Today, she serves on the Casa Colina Outdoor Adventures Committee, and supports mental health initiatives through her involvement with the Missing Peace Foundation.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Robin enjoys spending time outdoors—horseback riding, camping with her boys, mountain biking, and snowboarding. She brings the same energy, purpose, and heart to every aspect of her life, whether at work, in the community, or with her family.
