Rob Novick

Rob Novick is Managing Director and founder of Blue Pasture Advisors, a consulting and advisory firm focused on creating lower-middle-market company value and preparing them for transaction.
In October 2008, arguably one of the lowest economic points in the last 100 years, Rob partnered to found Envision Business Consulting. The organization engaged with the Fortune 1000 on strategy, business acquisition and integration, operational efficiency, and organizational / cultural transformation projects. During its 11-year life, Envision was recognized in 2013 and 2014 by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. In 2017 private equity purchased a majority stake of Envision and blended it with another consultancy. Rob continued to run Envision through two months after HCL Technologies purchased the combined entity.
Rob shares his life with his wife Karen and a Golden Retriever named Toast who is babied more than their kids ever were.
