Lexi Miles Corrin is Founding and Managing Partner of Sage Collective, a values-aligned investment firm and ecosystem connecting founders and investors through capital, community, and mentorship. Her work is shaped by her own experience building and selling WAXON Laser + Waxbar – a national franchise brand she scaled from the ground up before selling the company in 2025. That journey deepened her conviction around ownership, disciplined growth, and the power of aligned capital. An investor in female-founded businesses, Lexi is deeply committed to expanding women’s participation as both builders and investors – while supporting founders more broadly in building high-impact, values-driven companies. A mother of four, she brings a grounded and holistic lens to leadership, believing that when women share openly and support one another, stronger companies and communities are created.
