Her background includes M&A experience at Scotia Capital, Ernst & Young (Orenda), and a boutique advisory firm, combined with financial leadership roles within operating companies. This blend of advisory and operator experience allows her to anticipate diligence challenges early and guide owners through each stage of the transaction process.
