Jamie is a Partner at Kalos leading the Toronto office presence. With over 20 years of due diligence experience, Jamie has knowledge of all phases of the M&A transaction process. He works closely with personal, corporate and private equity clients on their investment and divestiture decisions, with a focus on unlocking value and resolving deal issues.
In his years of experience, he has worked on 850+ deals in the construction, manufacturing, service, oil, mining, consumer products, and technology industries on both the buy side and sell side of transactions on targets/clients with $1 million to $2 billion in revenue.
As a former due diligence partner at a Canadian mid-market firm, he led cross-functional project teams across many functional areas, including financial, tax, information technology and human resources.
