Gavin Fretwell

Gavin is the AVP, Finance at Decisive Dividend Corporation, an acquisition-oriented company that owns businesses across Canada, the US, and the UK. Decisive Dividend employs a “Buy, Build and Hold” business model with the purpose of being the sought-out choice for exiting, legacy minded business owners. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, transaction execution, and supporting portfolio companies. He has over twelve years of experience working in private equity, alternative financing, corporate development, and equity research. Prior to joining Decisive, Gavin was as an Associate Principal, Growth Equity Partners at BDC Capital. Prior to BDC, he was a senior member of the corporate development team at a large energy infrastructure company, involved in all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate strategy.
