Eric founded and served as President of EH&A (Eric Hall & Associates) from 2006 to 2020, when he facilitated a sale of his business to MGT Impact Solutions. Eric has continued his work with the MGT team in the capacity of Transition Advisor and more recently as a Senior Leadership Advisor. Eric has been recognized for organizing and sizing his business for an attractive sale among several bidders and for being a key player in facilitating a smooth transition to new ownership with a smooth and uneventful transition.

Eric background as a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in school district administration, specializing in business services and human resources provided a powerful platform to establish a consulting business. As the former Assistant Superintendent of Business Services for San Dieguito Union High School District, he managed all school district business and operational areas and led a fast-growing district in the planning, design, and construction of approximately $1B in school facilities. Eric is recognized for his leadership in securing funding for school and support facilities from developers, the State of California, and the community via bond measures. His extensive expertise includes fiscal and budgetary oversight, facility master planning, funding, financing, effective organization structures and strategic communication.
Eric has successfully secured funding for numerous State Programs to support students and has been a pivotal figure in state and federal advocacy for school funding and facilities. As a leader in the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) and the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), Eric continues to mentor and train school district executives.
