Diana De Melo is a growth-focused executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience scaling technology and professional services organizations.
She is the founder and former CEO of The Delivery Group, a technology staffing and solutions firm she led through rapid expansion, earning recognition as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies by Canadian Business in 2020. In 2016, she was named one of Canadian Business’s W100 Top Women Entrepreneurs.
Following the acquisition of The Delivery Group by Agilus Work Solutions in 2022, Diana was appointed President of Technology, where she scaled and integrated the division, helping establish Agilus as the 10th largest IT staffing provider in Canada. She later served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s Technology, Professional, and Engineering staffing divisions.
In 2024, Diana founded a management consulting firm focused on advising organizations on accelerating growth, integrations and exit readiness.
Diana is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization).
