Before founding Dressler Holistic Advisory, David co-founded Tender Greens and grew it to 30 restaurants, 1,200 employees, and $100M in revenue. Along the way, he became the company’s “heart and backbone,” known for creating a culture of love and discipline that inspired loyalty and high performance.
