Dania Spillett Baron is a Partner at Incite, where she helps acquirers do the work that determines whether a transaction delivers on its promise: assessing market potential, brand value, and customer loyalty pre-deal; shaping a clear deal narrative and stakeholder communications through close; and leading change management, brand decisions, market repositioning, and cultural integration post-deal.
Known for her practical, relationship-driven approach, Dania’s advisory work helps leadership groups retain key people and customers, create alignment, and unite teams through complex transitions in a way that protects momentum. A few of her transactions include Inline Group’s acquisition of Challenger Geomatics, TriWest’s investment in The Fastener Group, and the cross-border merger of Belterra and All‑State Belting and subsequent rebrand to Viacore. She’s active in the business community through organizations such as the Edmonton Executives Association and the International Association of Business Communicators. Dania is also proud to serve as a Trustee for Alberta’s Mental Health Foundation.
